To ensure your materials arrive safely and on time, exhibitors are strongly advised to ship via SITE's advanced receiving warehouse rather than sending items directly to the venue.

SITE manages transportation and final delivery to your stand
Shipping Deadlines
All shipments must arrive at SITE's advanced receiving warehouse by:
Air Freight
10 working days before show build-up
Sea Freight
15 working days before show build-up
Please allow sufficient time for transit and customs clearance when planning your shipment.
Important Information
The venue cannot act as the importer of record.
Exhibitors must contact SITE early to obtain warehouse addresses and import instructions.
Shipping directly to the venue is not recommended.
GM Events is not responsible for lost or misplaced items shipped directly to the venue. On-site assistance will be provided where possible.
All shipments must be sent with duties and taxes paid at origin.
